The next meditation and sound healing class will be a floating class in a private pool so keep an eye out for that event. I will be advertising soon. There will be limited spots for that event.

Upcoming classes and a slight change in schedule announcement.
This Thursday at 5 PM Vinyasa yoga class either on the dock or inside, depending on the weather.
Sunday 10 AM all levels yoga class with lots of modification for all outside on the dock or inside also depending on the weather and Monday the 21st will be our next Yoga Nidra guided meditation and Sound Healing class, which is always held inside the slip holders lounge .
***NEW TIME**** Starting on July 28th the Monday evening all levels yoga class that is held on the second and fourth Monday of the month will now be at 5 PM instead of 6 PM.
Keep your eye out for a special event happening soon, a floating guided meditation and Sound Healing in the pool! This event will be happening at a private home in Rock Hall. All information about the event to be announced soon. This is something you don’t want to miss if you’re a fan of my meditation and Sound Healing class. There will be limited spots available so keep your eye out and sign up quickly! I had this event at the end of summer last year and I know many were disappointed they missed it.

Tonight’s class consists of a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra guided meditation and Sound healing session. Join us for this nervous system reset after the holiday weekend!
Come in comfortable clothes and expect to be lying down for the entire class. All props are provided but bring anything from home that would make you feel comfortable.

Thursday NO CLASS due to the fireworks being held at Haven Harbour Marina Resorts South. Come on down and enjoy some food and drinks from Admirals Beachside Bar and stay for the show! You won’t be disappointed 🎆🎇
