Remembering yoga is the "union of the body & the breath"
Forward fold, bird dog, & pigeon pose are all ways to stretch out the cranky places, bring deeper breaths into deep stretches, and check in with balance and strength!
Also! A space to release tension in the body and create space for new experiences off the mat! What does even mean?
We hold tension and stress in all areas of the body as we go thru our days, most of it is unconsciously!
When we practice these poses and breath we can let that go, so when we step of the mat we are more open and relaxed to engage with our daily life!
