Yesterday we hosted a special open house for our residents and staff—and what a wonderful time it was! We can't wait to welcome new residents who will soon be joining our Westminster Towers family! 🏡

A heartfelt thank you to Winthrop University President Edward Serna and the Winthrop family for inviting our resident and staff alumni and Winthrop supporters to Convocation in the beautifully, renovated Byrnes Auditorium. We were honored to witness the start of the 140th academic year and be part of a beautiful new tradition—lighting the Winthrop Way.

One of the most moving sights was the sea of blue filling the audience—students gathered together, filled with hopes, dreams, and anticipation for what the next four years will bring.

It was an honor to witness this milestone, and we left encouraged and energized by the spirit of Winthrop. Here’s to a new year of growth, tradition, and countless opportunities!

💜 Last night, we raised $451 for Rock Hill Walk to End Alzheimer's at our paint party!

A heartfelt thank you to our generous supporters, Providence Care and Margaret Johnson for donating door prizes, to everyone who gave, and to all who joined us for a fun, crafty evening painting bags. 🎨👜

Special thanks to Michelle Cook with All About Seniors for donating all the supplies that made this creative night possible. We had a wonderful time for a wonderful cause! 💜

Thanks to Margaret Johnson & Chloe Walker for another fabulous Lunch & Learn on Brain Health Maintenance. We learned so many interesting tips to maintain AND improve our brain functions through nutritional, physical and mental actions. Thanks to our Chef and culinary team for a delicious, brain healthy meal!

Some recent outings... we visited Landsford Canal State Park to see the beautiful Spider Lilies along the Catawba River. A must-see! We also enjoyed some delicious food at Rey Azteca and got our "wings." 😁
