Happy New Year’s Eve, everyone!

We made it to the end of 2025. We’re still a work-in-progress—and that’s okay! As we enter this last stretch, BetterHelp therapist Sarah Close, LPC, reminds us that growth doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful.

You do not have to have everything together to start again. As you close the year, give yourself space to start fresh without pressure. Clear what feels heavy. Set intentions that support you. Rest when you need rest.
