The Catawba Service Unit will be OPEN during the Back-to-School Bash and Ye Isware Rez Ball Tournament on Saturday, July 26th.

The clinic will be open from 10am-2pm for the following services: school physicals, sports physicals, immunizations, dental fluoride and education, and nutrition education.

Note: In order to be seen at the clinic, you must be a registered patient of the clinic.

Please note that the Catawba Service Unit will close early on July 3rd (12:30pm) and will be closed on July 4th in observance of Independence Day. We will resume normal operating hours on Monday, July 7th.
