My sister, Pam, just gave me a head's up about this story:
The stands at Chase Field were packed with fans waiting for the hero of the game to emerge—and then he did. It was Matt Hilton, the beekeeper who saved the day. A swarm of bees had suddenly moved into the netting behind home plate delaying the game between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Los Angeles Dodgers. In came the beekeeper armed with a vacuum to capture—and later release—the uninvited visitors. The crowd went wild, cheering “MVP” as Hilton did his job. The beekeeper even received his own baseball card and was asked to throw out the first pitch.

We're in the final proofreading stage of my soon-to-be-released novel, The Beekeeper, about the life of D.D. Palmer, the founder of the chiropractic profession.
My editor, Amy Ashby, at Warren Publishing, Inc.., has asked me to select one of these five quotes from the book to appear on the cover/flap. I'd love to hear your suggestions. Which would you choose? 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5?

The release date for my novel, The Beekeeper, is fast approaching. Warren Publishing, Inc. has scheduled it to coincide with "World Bee Day" on May 20th.
D.D. Palmer, the main character in the book, was an extraordinarily successful beekeeper before shifting his interest to the healing arts.
I found his life's story fascinating, inspiring me to write this mostly true work of historical fiction.
