Dear patients and providers,
V Pain Clinic is merging with Atrium Health. Our Rock Hill, SC and Charlotte, NC offices will be opened until April 24, 2025. Dr. Vujicic will start seeing patients in Atrium Pain Clinic Ballantyne starting May 5, 2025, located at 14135 Ballantyne Corporate Place, Suite 250, Charlotte, NC 28277, phone 704-512-6600, fax 704-512-6390. You will have to call and schedule your visit with Atrium Health Pain Clinic. We will have all the medical records available and there is no need to send a request for the record transfer. If you will not be able to continue your care at the above mentioned address, please send us a request for medical record transfer to any other pain clinic of your choice by Apr 24, 2025 and after that date request them from Atrium Pain Clinic Ballantyne.

Our Story

Ratko Vujicic, MD, or Dr. V, as his patients like to call him, has practiced for more than 20 years, with the goal of helping patients find relief from their chronic pain so they can return to a thriving life. With board certification in anesthesiology and pain management, he combines his expertise with a dedication to providing individualized treatment. He’s proud to be available in the office so he can offer timely appointments and personally work with each patient to find solutions to their health care needs. Dr. Vujicic graduated from the University of Zagreb School of Medicine in Croatia, Europe, then went on to finish his internship at the University Hospital Rebro in Zagreb. He was a guest resident in the transplant department at the University Hospital in Graz, Austria, then served as an emergency room staff physician at the US Mobile Army Surgical Hospital (MASH) in Zagreb. After relocating to Portland, Maine, Dr. Vujicic served as an intern, anesthesiology resident, and chief resident at Maine Medical Center. From there he completed a fellowship in pain management at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire. He has been in private practice since 2003. Click To Learn More
