North Central Family Medicine, established in 1989 in Rock Hill, SC, has been a cornerstone in providing healthcare as a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. With federal funding secured in 1991, we've continued our mission to serve the community.

Under the leadership of our CEO, Ernest G. Brown, MPH, since 1992, we've been committed to providing exceptional care. In June 1992, our team saw its very first patient—a moment that marked the beginning of a lasting commitment to health and wellness.

Fast forward to 2024, we proudly launched the Sickle Cell Support Group, dedicated to raising awareness and supporting individuals living with sickle cell disease. We're also collaborating with other organizations across South Carolina to create a unified approach to fighting sickle cell disease.

Together, we're building a healthier, more connected community! 💙
