❄️ WE LOVE OUR COMMUNITY! 🩵
What an amazing experience we had with yesterday at our first ever Frozen Yoga Event! 🧘🏽‍♀️❄️

🩵 We are sooo beyond grateful for all the opportunities being a part of our community has brought us! Our team showed out and we all had an amazing time. Coach Mariela led everyone through a beautiful flow that kept us warm even on the ice. Lots of awesome people joined our yoga session, including a few team members, their mascot, and a special little furry friend 🐶

Our next Frozen Yoga Event is March 22! We hope to make it an even bigger event and have even more fun…if that’s possible 😎 Awesome win yesterday Storm, see you again in March! 🔥🧊

🥂 2026 🩵

It’s us again….we just have to talk about the past year. In 2025, we had so many opportunities of growth that we got to participate in. The first year of Rock Island’s Second Saturday Events, our first ever Pride Pilates, hosting Pilates classes all year and adding a second day consistently, our annual Galentine’s and Spooky Yoga Events, participating in a coordinated food drive with the Riverbend Food Bank, our period product drive for our friends and neighbors at The Third Place, hosting our first ever Back from the Dead Pumpkin Pilates + Clothing Swap, Sweetheart Shop Yoga, our free Thanksgiving donation class, our first ever Mats + Margaritas Event with Coach Shalome….and we could go on and on about all the amazing new people to enter our gym in 2025. Just wow, what a year! We can’t wait to make 2026 even better. ✨ we can’t wait for you to join us in it 🩵
