Yesterday was so special.

Sunday morning at Sanctuary Studios.

Before community arrived, I decided to see how the shruti worked with my setup. Transformative. I have been doing group sound meditation events since 2015, and it always feels good to switch up the instrumentation a bit. Feeling super blissed out today.

Also, the flowers in the garden are POPPIN'.
THEY ARE GORGEOUS.

I'll be tending to the overgrown veggies, cleaning up the falling leaves, and harvesting this week on Tuesday before the New Moon Ritual.

and I have been facilitating these moon rituals for community support and care for a while now (maybe a year for the Full Moons?!?). To transcend what holds us back into the light of a new cycle.
