So, I've started a new volunteer gig.

Today was my first day at The Third Place QC.

I'm honored to work with each individual who walks through the doors and who is open to touch therapy practices. This is not an easy realm for many of us to allow access to. I am grateful to be of some assistance and care, giving a bit of muscle and nervous system relief.

It is Teacher Appreciation week at RIFAC, and I had the honor of offering chair massage to the preschool staff. I am ever so grateful for the start they have given Signe, and it felt amazing to offer some deep care back.

Yesterday, it started. People began bringing seeds and starters to the studio at Sanctuary Studios !! I am sooo excited to get to planting this weekend.
