We raise our elderberry on our farm in Rock Island TN using organic principles. We mix our fresh picked berries with a little local honey and a hint of lemon juice to make a tasty, healthy syrup.

Our elderberry syrup is made from berries we grow on our farm in Rock Island. These berries are grown naturally, without the use of chemicals, and are hand picked at the peak of ripeness.

Come see us this Saturday, December 4th at the Christmas Marketplace at the Dekalb County Community complex. We will have lots of elderberry syrup and elderberry jelly available.
A varied assortment of homemade jams and jellies will be available for $5 each just in time for Christmas. We hope to see you there!
