Updated Client Policies & Expectations

As A Kneaded Therapy continues to grow, I’ve made a few updates to my client policies and expectations.

These updates are not meant to feel harsh or impersonal. They are here to protect the time, preparation, and care that goes into every appointment, while also creating a clear and graceful path forward if something does not go as planned.

Life happens. Schedules shift. Sometimes appointments are missed, canceled late, or require a little extra guidance afterward. My goal is not to shame or immediately sever the relationship, but to offer clear expectations, accountability, and a way to repair the ongoing business relationship when possible.

The updated policies include professional conduct, cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, urgent or after-hours appointments, and refunds.

Thank you for respecting the structure that allows this space to remain calm, professional, and client-centered.

I’m in my last seven days of sessions before surgery. To protect my health and ensure nothing delays this next step, I’ll be masking for all appointments this week.

No need for you to mask unless you prefer to this is simply one extra layer of precaution on my end during a very full season of germs.
