About me...

Dr. Stoner-Harris is an Assistant Professor at the Western Illinois University QC Campus in Moline. She completed her Ph.D. at the University of Iowa in Counselor Education and Supervision and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Iowa, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Dr. Stoner-Harris has worked in the mental health field for over 15 years providing case management, counseling and/or therapy services. Her clinical experiences include early intervention counseling with children ages 0-5 and their families, and individual and group counseling with school-age children, adolescents and adults. She specializes in the treatment of PTSD and trauma counseling, women’s issues, parenting issues, youth in high-risk situations, youth and adult mental health, substance abuse counseling, co-occurring disorders, and reentry counseling.
