Change Your Life With AP Fit

AP Fit was founded on the principle that everybody has the right to good health. Located in Rock Island, the gym was founded in 2015 by Jason Anderson and Sarah Pilaszewski. Jason is a CrossFit Level 2 Certified Trainer and health buff. The goal of AP Fit has always been to promote a healthy lifestyle through hard work. Workouts focus on 60 minute high intensity classes that promote overall strength. Personal training is also offered for those that are seeking specific results. Check the schedule to see what time works best for you.

A Quad City Gym For Everybody

AP Fit is a gym where families and friends come to push each other to always keep improving. No matter what your level of fitness, you are welcome here. The goal of our gym is to help you reach your maximum potential. Health is more important than big muscles. A single unassisted pull up is just as big a dream as a 300 lb dead lift. Your fellow gym members will be there to inspire and be inspired by you.
