Lyon Specialty Care is a skilled nursing and long-term care community providing compassionate, individualized care for our residents, while also caring for their family's well-being and peace of mind. We serve residents from Lyon County, Iowa, and many surrounding communities. We are committed to providing our residents with an active and engaging quality of life through daily programming, social and educational activities, and services that promote physical health, provide mental stimulation, increase engagement and help our residents thrive in a home-like setting. What a fun day! Today our team was celebrated! We recently earned a deficiency free state survey result which means state surveyors found zero deficiencies during their annual inspection and confirmed that Lyon Specialty Care is meeting or exceeding all state and federal requirements in the areas of resident care, services, and environment. A deficiency free survey is relatively rare and shows the dedication and care our team provides each and every day. We had fun sharing in this moment with our residents and families today.
