Stan Lupkes knows her as his sister – and his hero.

Tracy made the decision to give up one of her kidneys to give the gift of life to her brother, who was diagnosed with kidney disease three years ago.

Our incredible cardiac rehab team is dedicated to helping patients heal, grow stronger and thrive after heart attacks, surgeries and other cardiac procedures.

Registered nurses Judy Eben, Sadie Loger and Alyssa Den Hoed. provide supervised exercise, education, and nutrition support — all designed to strengthen hearts and reduce hospital readmissions.

We’re also proud to partner with cardiologist Maria Stys, MD, who serves as a specialty outreach provider, bringing expert heart care directly to our community.
