Today my workout said 47 minutes (I usually do around 30 min. each day 😝), so I wasn't looking forward to it. However, once beginning, I forgot about the time due to the mix up of moves and one of my fave shows on in the background 🤷🏻♀️. Thankful to have gotten my workout in today! This exercise seems so easy....but hurts so good. The good thing about all of these workouts, is when it just seems like you can't do anymore, he motivates you with the right words. There are also tons of modifications throughout. I decided to repeat another 3 weeks of Shift Shop, let the truth be told, I needed it! 🤣. Try this move at home for 60

Well....I can say I did it, it wasn't pretty at all and I put it off long enough 🤷🏻♀️. The youngest even joined in for the entire workout 😝, which actually made it fun for the both of us. So glad I pushed play today! 💪🏻 "Be the woman you want your daughter to be".

Been a traveling day and was super tired after driving most of the afternoon, but decided to press play.....I knew I had enough energy to squeeze In a 10 minute ab workout 💪🏻. So glad I did. Can't wait for my accountability group June 1 so I can have my "tribe" cheering me on. Accountability is key and certainly helps me stay on my game!!! 👊🏻
Not the prettiest workout and struggled pressing play, but glad I did 💪🏻. It was a Shaun T lower body day, but he always works cardio in there 😝. Got my 30 minutes early today...now I can get on with my FriYAY!!! I could be super critical of my workout and body at this time 🙄, and after watching it, the old me would not have posted it 😬. Super happy 😊 with how far I have come and can't wait to see how far I can go 💪🏻 with my muscle tone now that I have lost the weight I wanted to!!! Bring on the weekend 😜! Make it a great one!
