One of the biggest barriers to trying hypnotherapy? Not knowing what to expect.

So let me walk you through it.

When you come in for a hypnotherapy session, we start with a conversation. What's been showing up for you? What patterns feel stuck? What do you want to shift? This isn't about digging up your entire history. It's about understanding what your subconscious needs to hear.

Then, you get comfortable. You're not lying on a couch staring at a swinging watch. You're simply relaxing in a safe, quiet space while I guide you into a calm, focused state. Think of it like that moment right before you fall asleep, when your mind is still aware but deeply relaxed.

You can notice the sadness without needing to make it go away. You can feel the anger without having to justify it or apologize for it. You can sit with discomfort without immediately reaching for a distraction.

Your nervous system has been trained to believe that uncomfortable emotions are problems to solve. But they're not. They're information. They're energy moving through you.

When you try to fix, suppress, or bypass what you're feeling, you're teaching your body that emotions aren't safe. That you can't be trusted to hold them.

The short answer? Yes. Almost everyone can.

Here's what people worry about:

"I have ADHD - my mind won't stay still."
Actually, people with ADHD often respond beautifully to hypnotherapy. Your brain is already great at deep focus when something captures your attention. Hypnotherapy works with that, not against it.

"I have a personality disorder - is it safe for me?"

Rest is a biological need. Like water. Like air.
