A recent survey by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing found that nursing schools turned away over 80 thousand qualified applications in 2024, largely due to faculty shortages.

This bill would address the pay gap between practicing nurses and nurse educators that makes it hard to attract and retain faculty 👏👏👏
