Just a brief bio
I began my yoga journey in 2017 after suffering from low self-esteem, digestive issues, and depression and immediately began my 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher Certification. Yoga has taught me how to love myself and gave me the confidence I lacked previously. Now I have over 500+ hours of training in multiple disciplines. I teach a vinyasa style of yoga classes including sculpt, power, hot, restorative, chair, TRX, and prenatal yoga. I focus on grounding principles for those who suffer from PTSD and trauma. I have experience in trauma training for breast cancer patients and domestic violence survivors. Being someone who suffers from PTSD and trauma myself, I am passionate about sharing my breathing and grounding techniques that help with my PTSD episodes, anxiety, and much more. I also enjoy teaching about the Chakra System and how to open blocked meridians and chakras to help energy flow better throughout the body. I teach a variety of group classes at Elements and private sessions. I also have my own yoga studio, Mindful Yoga, in downtown Rock Springs to help deepen your practice.
