Dr John A. Iliya is closing his General Surgical practice as of 07/01/2023. Before 06/30/2023 records can be picked up at the office at 1208 Hilltop Drive Suite 105, Rock Springs, WY 82901. You can contact the office at 307-382-8644 to send the records to your primary care provider at no charge. After 06/30/2023 your records will be available at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County. The General Surgical group at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County will be available to provide surgical care.
