If depression has stolen your motivation, here's a gentle truth:

You don't have to feel ready to start. You just have to start tiny.

Not "go to the gym." -- Just put on your shoes.
Not "clean the house." -- Just one dish.
Not "be social." -- Just send one text.

Depression lies and tells you nothing will help. Tiny actions are how you begin to prove it wrong. You've got this. 🌱

→ Replaying a conversation from 3 years ago at 2am
→ Saying "I'm fine" when you are very much not fine
→ Preparing for every possible bad outcome... just in case
→ Apologizing for things that weren't your fault
→ Needing to cancel plans and feeling terrible about it

It's National Siblings Day — and we have to be real for a second.

Sibling relationships aren't always easy. Some of us have siblings we talk to every day. Some of us have complicated histories. Some of us are grieving a sibling we've lost.

All of that is valid. All of that is real.

Today isn't just about the highlight-reel stuff. It's also a reminder that our early relationships — including the ones with our siblings — deeply shape our mental health, our patterns, and who we become.

April is Stress Awareness Month — and we think that's worth talking about.

Stress isn't just feeling "a little overwhelmed." For a lot of people, it's constant tension in your shoulders, trouble sleeping, snapping at the people you love, and wondering why nothing feels manageable anymore.

This month has a way of piling things on — taxes, spring transitions, change in schedules. It's okay if you're feeling stretched thin.

You know what’s not a joke?
❌ “I should be able to handle this on my own.”
