Sober Friends is a recovery center dedicated to individualized healing and community support. Our experienced team provides one-on-one sessions and supportive group spaces that focus on mindset, emotional wellness, and holistic healing to empower individuals on their journey to recovery. We believe in the importance of nurturing every aspect of well-being, including mind, body, and soul health. We

go above and beyond to assist with building recovery on a stable foundation and encouraging those in our program to continue learning, growing, and ultimately expanding their lives to live their fullest potential. We also host a podcast where people share real stories of addiction and transformation, helping others feel seen, supported, and never alone.

There are times during the recovery journey where life feels unbearable- where using sounds better than dealing with the pain… in those moments, we acknowledge that thought and give ourselves the rest of the day to stay on the path then “revisit that tomorrow” but sometimes it’s hour by hour, minute by minute, or even second by second. One thing we know, is we never regret choosing to NOT use. We remember there is always light beyond our darkest days ✨
