Hegg Wellness Center is excited to host an 8-week summer speed, strength, and conditioning program for area athletes, ages 13+. These sessions will be conducted at the Hegg Wellness Center in Rock Valley, IA.

The Weekly Schedule and Session times are:
Monday, Wednesday , & Friday | 2 session times
- 10: 45 AM - 11:30 AM
- 1:00 PM-1:45 PM
Tuesday & Thursday | 2 session times
-11:00 AM - 11:45 AM
-11:45 AM-12:30 PM
