Don’t forget ! Our second yoga class is on tomorrow night from 7-8 pm. Remember to bring your mat, and some extra blankets for support. Hope to see you all there !

What a turn out last night ! Nothing makes my heart smile more than to have a safe space to share our practice together. So grateful for our little community here in Lake Telemark. Next class is Monday, February 10th 7-8 pm. See you in a few weeks ! ❤️🧘‍♀️🙏🏻

Hey guys ! Looks like the first class is scheduled for Monday January 27th at 7:00 p.m. Free and open to all members , non members are welcome , for 25 a month towards membership. Which is a great deal-turns out to be less than 15 dollars a class. We will start by offering the second and 4th Monday (twice a month ) and see how that goes . Marie will be sending an email with more details for members . All levels are welcome . All you need is a mat and a blanket for extra support and comfort during savasana .
