Hi Everyone! It's Glen Katz the owner of Blue Titan Fitness and Self-Defense right on Main Street in Rockaway. The Holidays are here and I would like everyone to have a SAFE Holiday Season!!! I want to thank my man Abe at in Rockaway!! I'm heading to Florida tonight and I always bring bagels. I was on a time crunch and surprisingly forgot to get them. I called Abe and he stayed open late so I could come get them. Awesome bagels but an even more awesome person!!! GIVE HIM YOUR BUSINESS!!! Thanks Abe!!!

Hi Everyone!!! I am Dr. Glen Katz the Owner of Blue Titan Fitness & Self-Defense in Rockaway..

We offer Private Training, Semi Private Training, and Group Classes in Crossfit, Strength/Conditioning, and Self-Defense.

I have a opened up a couple of times for either Private or Semi Private Training during the day or a couple of slots in the evening.
