Hi Everyone!!! I am Dr. Glen Katz the Owner of Blue Titan Fitness & Self-Defense in Rockaway..

We offer Private Training, Semi Private Training, and Group Classes in Crossfit, Strength/Conditioning, and Self-Defense.

I have a opened up a couple of times for either Private or Semi Private Training during the day or a couple of slots in the evening.
