Beautiful Rollerball~~
Ingredients:

8 drops Frankincense
8 drops Clary Sage
5 drops Grapefruit
5 drops Lemon
5 drops Wild Orange
5 drops Bergamot
Instructions:

Place essential oils in a 10 mL roller bottle.
Fill the remainder of the bottle with a carrier oil.
Secure the lid to your roller bottle and shake until ingredients combine.
Apply to pulse points as needed.

Lavender & Blueberry Milkshake
Ingredients:

1 cup vanilla coconut milk ice cream
½ banana
¼ cup blueberries
½ teaspoon raw honey
2 cups full fat coconut milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon
4–6 drops Lavender or Lemon oil
Instructions:

Using a blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Serve in tall glasses.
Tip: Freeze fruit for a thicker consistency. For low fat coconut milk, combine 1 cup water with 1 cup coconut milk
