Hello all! Reaching out for help with a brick wall of my 4th great-grandmother... hoping one of you can find what I can't...

My GGGG grandmother was Sarah Elizabeth Cummins. I believe she was born around 1800 in Virginia and I show her death as 31 Aug 1846 in Rockcastle, KY.
She was married to John Mason Vanderpool (1783, Surry NC - 1854, Rockcastle, KY) who's parents were Abraham Vanderpool (1750-1794) and Margaret Shepherd (1753-1798).

Sarah and John had (I think) 7 children.... Ester, John M, Elisabeth, Stephen S., William H., Josiah, and Sarah M. Vanderpool. I am still working on firming up their dates of birth... and to correct two 'repeat' names.

My DNA says that it looks like I am linked to a gentleman named James Clark Cummins; but I can't find the link! I can't find Sarah Elizabeth Cummin's parents or siblings... which is where I suspect the link would be the link...
