Final fitting day is my favorite! I get to see my friends at AMS Auto and the great work that they do. And I get to watch my clients drive their own vehicles for the first time with their new equipment. It is the culmination of a lot of hard work and a long process. Meet Richie. Richie almost lost his life just a few months ago, but you would never know it meeting him today. He has made an unbelievable recovery and today he took another step in that recovery by passing his driving evaluation! He is one step closer to getting back to his life as a firefighter/paramedic. As a former police officer, he was a good sport about the student driver stickers 😂 Congrats Richie! 🥳

Meet Michael.

Michael suffered a stroke from a ruptured aneurysm. Now there is never a good time for something like this to happen, but it was a particularly difficult time for Michael and his wife as they had a three month old son at home. I had the pleasure of working with Michael early in his recovery in inpatient rehab and could not believe how far he has come since then. Truly incredible!

Today, with his very cute and sweet son watching on, he passed his driving evaluation with flying colors! Congrats Michael! 🥳🤗🤩 Thanks for allowing Apex to be apart of your journey!

Final fitting day is my favorite day! The final fitting day is when the client gets to pick up their vehicle from the auto shop with their new equipment. There is nothing like seeing the smile on my clients’ faces when they get to drive their own vehicles again.

Meet Ashley. Ashley was not going to let neuropathy keep her from her driving or keep her from anything else for that matter! She is so determined and today she took another step towards regaining her independence. So proud of you Ashley! 🥹🥳🤗

It is a very exciting day for John and for Apex as John passed his driving test for hand controls! John is already planning his summer trips to the car shows now that he has gained back his independence. Even though I am so happy for him, I will miss our drives around town! Congrats John! 🤩🥳
