My name is Lance, I'm a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Blue Belt and Jiu Jitsu Competitor.

I'm an average Joe with more than average hopes and dreams.

I've decided to start a brand that would not only help recognize all different types of Athletes, but to help aid in their Journey toward their fitness goals.

My passion for training has allowed me to train with everyone from Elite Level Powerlifters, IFBB Pros, Professional MMA Fighters, Crossfit Athletes, to Endurance runners, Cyclists and Yoga Practitioners.

It is my pleasure to bring you along this journey, as we help athletes of all different sports, and levels, as well as normal people, grow and achieve their goals.
