If you were previously in therapy and life has shifted — stress increased, routines changed, emotions resurfaced — it may be helpful to reconnect.

People often return to therapy during times of transition, grief, burnout, relationship strain, or renewed awareness of symptoms.

Coming back to care is not “starting over.” It’s continuing your growth process with new insight. If we take our cars in for tune-ups annually and check our physical health annually, why not keep checking in on our mental health? Therapy isn't just for when life is hard- it is helpful to stay at our best levels of wellness!

If you feel a check-in or restart may be helpful, our team can help you get scheduled.
