Job Title: TMS Technician & Front Desk Coordinator
Location: Transformational Therapy Services – 8060 State Highway 55, Suite 100, Rockford, MN
Schedule: 20–25 hours per week (in-person)
Pay: $18-20/hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a caring, detail-oriented, and people-centered individual to join our clinic as a TMS Technician & Front Desk Coordinator. In this role, you will be trained to administer in-office therapeutic TMS treatments under the direction of our physician. You will also support clients and our team by managing front desk operations, scheduling, insurance checks, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and manage TMS treatments under physician direction
Explain procedures clearly and compassionately to patients
Monitor patient comfort and safety during sessions
Respond appropriately to medical symptoms and provide intervention in emergencies (training provided)
Support the front desk: scheduling, answering calls, and greeting clients
Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing processes
Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records
Contribute to a positive, welcoming clinic culture
Assist with referral tracking and marketing activities
Minimum Qualifications
Healthcare clinical experience preferred but not required (training provided)
Two+ years of experience in a customer- or patient-facing role
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with data management software a plus
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfort with operating medical/mechanical devices
