The ebb and flow of the water connects so deeply with your body and enhances your potential for flexibility. Let the clouds and tree line become your focal points as the sounds of nature provide the background music. Practicing yoga poses on the paddleboard challenges the core and will greatly strengthen your yoga practice on land.
We start out on land with 30 minutes of SUP instruction and 15 minutes of practice on the water. Then, we take off for our quiet lagoon inlet for a 1.25 hour Yoga class.
