We want to reintroduce one of our Dr’s for our new followers!

Dr. Amanda has been a chiropractor for 10 years and of those 10 years she has been with Evolve for 5 1/2!
Summer is her favorite time of year because she gets to spend time on her deck soaking up the sunshine next to her pool ☀️👙
Her favorite sports team is the Packers! 💚💛
She is a loving mom of two boys 🩵 and married to a chiropractor as well!

We are so excited to announce our newest Doctor to the Rockford Crossings office!!

When Dr. Amber is not in office you can catch her doing her favorite hobby Macrame! She is a huge coffee fan, especially Cuban coffee! So bring her in a sweet treat to welcome her to the office ☺️ Lastly, she was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico which means she is fluent in Spanish! 🫶🏼

It’s almost time for the kids to go back to school! Did you know there is a proper and improper way to wear a backpack?!

• The impact of a backpack on a kid’s back can be significant—especially if the backpack is too heavy or worn improperly.

🔍 Negative Impacts of a Heavy or Poorly Worn Backpack
• Postural Changes
• Muscle Strain and Fatigue
• Spinal Compression
• Nerve Irritation
• Asymmetry

✅ Healthy Backpack Guidelines
• Weight Limit: No more than 10–15% of the child’s body weight
• Fit:
• Straps should be padded and adjustable
• Bottom of the backpack should sit at or slightly above the waist
• Use both shoulder straps and the chest/waist strap if available
• Packing Tips:
• Place heavier items closest to the back
• Distribute items evenly to avoid pulling to one side
