Oh how badly I wanted this Spark tent sauna by Firefly Sauna. But not just that. I had to have it in time for my holiday weekend and visit with friends… It was like a near mission impossible. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Thanks to the crew at Firefly Sauna it was shipped quick and easy to setup so it was hot and ready just in time for a 4th of July sauna and swim at the lake.

Now I just have to convince my parents to let me have it back. 🤨

I mean I don’t blame them. I love it too.

- I love that is super portable- even more mobile than the Wildflower.
- I love that it can get super close to the water, and
- I love the price. It’s a great cost effective way to experience good heat.

So once I get it back, it will be available to rent. 😃

❄️🌕 The Snow Moon shines down on us in the heart of winter, when our world is blanketed in snow. We often push forward, caught in the momentum of busy lives. As much as we resist- winter is a season that prompts us to slow down, to embrace stillness, and to rest.

The Snow Moon Retreat was just that—a space to pause, breathe, and settle into the beauty of winter. We spent our weekend moving gently, enjoying simple pleasures: watercolor painting, yoga, photography, sound baths, wine tasting, meaningful conversation, and snowshoeing across the frozen lake.

We were CARED FOR, nourished with authentic Lebanese meals, enjoyed sauna with a backdrop of snow covered pines, and soaked in the hot tub under the moonlight. In a time when WE spend so much time providing care to others, for this weekend WE were the recipients and in this rare moment granted ourselves permission to just be.

Beautifully curated by , this retreat was a reminder that rest is not a luxury or something to be earned but rather a necessity and is deserved.✨🌙
