What an absolutely fantastic morning at Heritage Woods of Rockford! 🎉 Our managers and staff went all out to treat our residents to a "Build Your Own Waffle Bar" to celebrate hitting a 100% completion rate on our Resident Satisfaction Survey! 🥳 It was amazing to see everyone engaged and ready to share their thoughts.

We had so much fun whipping up delicious waffles and piling on all the toppings. But more than that, today was all about celebrating each other and the wonderful community we’ve built together. Here’s to more yummy events and discovering how we can continue to do even better! 🧇❤️

Today, we gathered to honor the cherished memories of our beloved residents who have passed. Heartland Hospice graciously presented a beautiful ceremony that created a space for reflection and connection among our residents. It was a day filled with heartfelt memories, support, and love. We extend our deepest gratitude to Heartland Hospice and their dedicated chaplain for facilitating such a meaningful event. Together, we celebrate the lives that have touched our community and continue to inspire us. They are dearly missed.
