Please join us for our OPEN HOUSE this Saturday, February 5th from 2:00-4:00 PM! ✨🥳✨ We’ve cancelled all our classes this week to move and settle into our new home inside the Rockford City Market, and we cannot wait to welcome you. You’ll find our studio space on the second floor of the two-story Rockford City Market Building located at 116 N Madison Street. It's a beautifully restored historic building that's also home to two bakeries, a cafe, and a mediterranean restaurant. There’s plenty of free parking on Madison Street, a parking lot directly across the street from the Madison Street entrance, and a covered lot on the backside of the building (where they hold the outdoor City Market in the summer). Come on your own or with a loved one — we’d love to see you and show you our new home! ❤️

Who's up for some rooftop yoga?!?! Starting this Sunday morning at 830, I will be hosting an hour long class at The Top inside Embassy Suites Rockford . Space is limited to the first 12 people who sign up. Message me on Instagram or Facebook, and I accept Venmo and PayPal. $10 a person, bring water, sunglasses, sunscreen, and your mat!

Next weekend will be my last Saturday and Sunday teaching at 815Yoga for the summer/fall. Saturday, June 5th, will start my summer series at Stoned Fairy farms. Check their page for the event or reach out to me for any questions, etc.....I will be announcing my Sunday morning classes soon, a rooftop may be involved 🤞🤞🤞🤭 This Wednesday come join the first, hopefully of many, full moon gatherings that I will be hosting. This includes a mediation, some yoga, some card pulling/reading, and some journaling. This will be super laid back, some come meet some new people.....its the season to do so! ♊

Come practice with me the eve of Christmas eve!! Same day, same time....every Wednesday night at 6:30, BYO mat, $10 per person, plenty of space. This Wednesday will include a 30 minute vinyasa practice followed by a 30 minute yoga nidra to help you relax and rest up before the holiday!! 🖤🧘‍♀️🙏🎄☃️
