Hello guys! I just wanted to take a moment and introduce myself. Many of you know me, or of me & if you don't hello my name is Shannon! I was born and raised in the rockford area, I grew up in the west side on Rockton Ave. While I see the city's efforts in trying to make the city more colorful its up to us the people to also help put in the work. I know I personally don't want the next generation to only see crack heads and dope dealers, I'd like to help give them a clean, educational environment to be in. Something to encourage them in this grey and gloomy city. Join me in the battle of cleaning up rockfords streets! I'd really like to meet up 2x a month for around 2 hours each. ✨️ I also plan to start going to city council meetings if anyone would like that information. We have to be the change we want to see. 🌱🚮🌏
