These were the funniest fishes - little 6” brown farmers hovering near a patch of green on the lagoon bottom, but when you came near, they turned fierce orange and purple, swam up, hard toward your eyes, and attacked! I wonder if they thought we were Manatees, the only creature in their shared natural environment that might gobble their garden....
