If life feels a little (or a lot) overwhelming right now, this 4-week beginner yoga series is for you. No experience, flexibility, or fancy yoga pants required.
This is a down-to-earth, no-pressure space to learn the basics of yoga in a way that actually feels good. We’ll cover simple movements to help release tension, breathwork to calm your nervous system, and easy ways to reconnect with your body if you’ve been feeling totally disconnected.
Each week builds upon the last, giving you practical, stress-relieving tools you can use in real life — not just on the yoga mat.
Dress in clothing comfortable for stretching.
Mats and props provided.

NON-MEMBERS: $30 per class / $90 entire series
