Mental Health Awareness Week!

🧠💚 May 4–10 is Mental Health Awareness Week!
This week is dedicated to raising awareness about mental health, breaking down stigma, and advocating for greater access to care and support. Mental health is health — and everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.

Let’s use this time to check in with ourselves, reach out to loved ones, and continue pushing for systems that prioritize mental well-being.
Together, we can create a future where mental health is seen, valued, and supported.

We are encouraging you to support someone who is struggling with mental illness!

Let's support people who live with a mental illness the same way we support people with a physical illness. Bring them a casserole, send them a card, and reach out to be there for them.

Sharing this wonderful opportunity!

We're excited to offer an opportunity for people with dementia and their caregivers to enjoy a holiday outing with a complimentary "No-Shush" showing of National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation next Wednesday, Dec. 20 at 12:30 p.m. at AMC Showplace 16, sponsored by Humana.

We have up to 40 seats available, and the "No-Shush" format allows those with dementia to talk, react, or move around if necessary in a safe environment while they enjoy the movie. Please call Joy at 815-963-1609 to request tickets or learn more.
