Turkey + Cranberry Wrap
Ingredients:
1 Mission Carb balance tortilla
4 slices turkey (Boars Head)
2 tbls Plain So Delicious yogurt
2 leaves green leaf lettuce
4 TBLS sugar free cranberry sauce, jellied
Directions:
In a bowl, blend plain So Delicious yogurt and cranberry sauce until smooth. Take a Mission Carb Balance tortilla, spread a light layer of the cranberry sauce over the tortilla. Add lettuce + turkey slices. Wrap.
Note 📝
To make pinwheels: add 2 TBLS of plain So Delicious yogurt into the cranberry sauce. Blend together until smooth. Add lettuce + turkey and assemble. Roll them tight and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer. (You can pin shut with a toothpick if needed.)
Pull out of refrigerator and cut into 1 inch pinwheel pieces. Yum! 😋
