Healthy eating doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or bland. At Everalis Wellness we keep it simple with real, whole foods that support real progress. Give this easy recipe a try 👇

Asian Slaw Chicken Wraps

Crunchy, fresh, and bursting with Asian flavors! These Asian slaw chicken wraps are light, satisfying, and perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients:
2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
4 large Carb Balanced tortillas or lettuce leaves
2 cups cabbage (shredded)
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Sesame Dressing:
3 tablespoons liquid amino acid
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

Instructions:

In a small bowl, whisk together liquid amino acid, rice vinegar, sesame oil, raw honey, and ginger to make the dressing.

In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cabbage slaw, bell pepper, green onions, and cilantro.

Pour the dressing over the mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Spoon the chicken slaw into tortillas or lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

The number on the scale is only one piece of the picture.

Your total weight includes muscle mass, body fat, water retention, inflammation, and even digestive fluctuations. Because of this, the scale can move up or down for reasons that have nothing to do with actual fat change.

That’s why we look at body fat percentage and body composition not just weight.
