Stir-fried Steak + Veggies
Ingredients:
For the Steak Marinade:
1 pound steak (such as flank, sirloin, or ribeye), thinly sliced against the grain
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoons Bragg liquid Aminos
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
Red + orange Bell pepper
Zucchini
Broccoli florets
Instructions:
Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, combine the Bragg Liquid amino, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.�Add the thinly sliced steak to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes, or up to 1 hour for more flavor.
Cook the Steak: Spray Pam cooking spray in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak in a single layer, cooking for about 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and just cooked through. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.
Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and broccoli, and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes, until the vegetables
are tender-crisp.
Combine and Sauce: Return the cooked�steak to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the Bragg Liquid Amino and water. Stir everything together and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to slightly thicken.
Serve: Serve the stir-fried steak and veggies hot over steamed Heart of Palm rice or noodles.
