I hadn't gotten cupping done in YEARS and I booked myself a session almost a month ago. And holy moly. As the days and weeks went on, I noticed how much upper trap and neck tension simply wasn't coming back like it usually did. I was quickly reminded how powerful of a therapy this is, as these silicon suction cups create suction on the skin to increase circulation, release muscle tension, and encourage your body’s natural healing process. It’s such an effective way to relieve chronic tightness and promote relaxation.
