We’re so excited to share that next Tuesday, 12/30, we’ll be officially launching our new booking software, Meevo! ✨
This is a big step forward for us, and one we’ve been looking forward to for a while.

Our new system is more robust and will allow us to serve you better with improved scheduling, communication, and overall experience. While we’re excited about what’s ahead, we also wanted to share a few important details to help make this transition as seamless as possible for you.

𝓦𝓱𝓪𝓽 𝓽𝓸 𝓮𝔁𝓹𝓮𝓬𝓽:

➡️ You will need to download the MeGo app, available on both Apple store or Google Play. You can find it on the Apple store here. You can find it on Google Play here.

➡️When you get the app downloaded, you'll be prompted to " Sign Up Now" and create a new client account. You will then be asked for our business number and you'll enter 815-551-0106.

➡️You will be prompted before your appointment to fill out a new client intake form. We are having every client fill one out, even if you're new and have filled one out recently. We will have intake forms updated every 12 months, moving forward (If you have not received a form by the day of your appointment, please send us an email).

➡️If you have an upcoming January appointment, please keep an eye on your inbox (Pocketsuite) for any messages from us with next steps.

💳Please bring in a valid form of payment for your first few visits. Payment information was not stored during the transition from PS to Meevo, and we will need to swipe your card for the first session/transaction using our new system.

🤘🏼We will still have access to PocketSuite, as a team, to tie up some loose ends. If you reach out via direct message, we can still view it. We will be sure to let all of our guests know when we no longer have access to PocketSuite.

We had a fantastic time at the GLOW with britt holiday event on December 6th! We shared a table with Movement Fitness Rockford and our colleague Take Charge Holistic Health was down the aisle!

So many fun conversations were had about our studio, our services and we even got to meet three of our monthly members (which was a sweet treat ❤️❤️). Stay tuned to see who won our holiday raffle prize!
