This time of year, nature is asking us to be quiet and rest. We need to conserve our stores as much as possible to make it through the long, dark winter. However, human society demands we be at our busiest. Parties, holidays, shopping, work, and school. How do we balance these things? We have to find moments of quiet and peace. Make your morning coffee quiet meditation. Make your shower a beautiful sensory experience by dropping some essential oils on a washcloth and setting it on the shower floor. Get out for nature walks when you can and notice how quiet it is out there. I make a tea to help you get through this time called Inner Peace.
