Meet our lovely yoga instructor, Sarah 🌸
"I’ve been practicing yoga for 9 years, first dipping my toes into it during
highschool psych class, which led to a deeper curiosity and me trying different types of yoga, such as iyengar & kundalini, before finding my teacher in 2019 & Hatha Vinyasa, which is my primary practice now.
My yoga practice serves as a stable return throughout life’s chaos & changes. My favorite asanas are virabhadrasana 1 (warrior 1).
I’m now obtaining my BA in psychology. I aspire to be a clinical and yoga therapist with a special focus on trauma and grief." — Sarah
