Love this!!!

I love when I see moms (and dads) budget out a postpartum doula. There are so many positive aspects to having a postpartum doula whether it’s day support or overnight support so parents can sleep.

I offer day time support and the mamas I work with are left feeling light, supported. They know I come in and shift the energy and calm their nervous system. I always have healthy snacks and full meals prepared for them for each visit as part of their package. I offer Haitian Postpartum Baths (also called 3 Baths or Bain Féy) which a traditional bath with healing herbs for blood flow, supports healing, therapeutic the list goes on.
I also give my clients womb massages, provide emotional support, do light tidying up just so mom and dad have a few less things to worry about.

Would you hire a postpartum doula? Why or why not?

My practice offers a deeply embodied care experience for the whole woman.

As a Haitian womb practitioner and full-spectrum doula, my work is rooted in traditional cultural practices passed down through generations. It includes the use of herbs native to the diaspora, heat, and plant medicine, modalities that honor the body’s natural ability to heal, restore, and remember.

We believe in healing the whole woman, mind, body, spirit, and womb.

As a mother who has personally experienced this level of care, it felt only right to deepen my studies in Haitian traditional medicine, learning through teachings, observation, and sacred time spent with the elders in my own family. This work is not just something I offer, it is something I carry. Something I am entrusted to continue.

I am honored to help preserve and share the ancient magic that lives within Haitian healing traditions.

As a womb practitioner and full-spectrum doula, I offer sacred, culturally rooted support through every phase of the reproductive journey, from fertility to birth, postpartum, and beyond. Each service is held with intention, reverence, and deep respect for your body, spirit, and lineage.

Anytime you work with me you are reminded that this is sacred work.
This is remembrance.
This is coming home to your body.

Whether you are preparing to birth, integrating postpartum, calling in fertility, or seeking womb-centered healing, you deserve to be held, witnessed, and supported.

This momma was determined. A fighter (literally and figuratively) so I asked for the strength of my ancestors to guide my hands and give me wisdom to support her to my best ability.

This mom battled with the pressure of her OB for weeks trying to induce her at 39wks telling her her baby was “too small” did I mention she’s an athlete, oh she comes from family of competitive athletes. She was what they consider small at birth and so was dad. So expecting her baby to be “big” was excuse you hear all too often without knowing the family history and most moms fall for it. They tried the fear mongering game that baby is safer out of her womb than in that I hear so many times unnecessarily but with CONSTANT reassurance and endless resources I shared with her she was encouraged that her body would allow her to carry through. AND DID! She gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl and did what she knew her body would allow.

When the waves became unbearable for her she did what we practiced, connected with baby and womb. Spoke to baby and God, called her babies name telling her baby it’s safe and that she’s ready to welcome her when she’s ready. I served as a reminder to breathe, to relax. They were excellent at the hospital at not mentioning the word epidural, not pushing anything and adhering to her birth preferences unless she requested it. Wins all around! Asé

I wish I could share the praises the prayers that bounced off the walls in the room once baby was earth side. That is always the icing on the cake for me. We understand that we have to tap into a super power that is not our own when we go get our baby

Before you knew me as a doula and womb practitioner, I was a woman who understood the power of being held, supported, and cared for.
Today I hold that same sacred space for women through womb healing, birth support, and traditional postpartum care!

Please allow me to share who I’ve always been becoming. I am a traditional Full Spectrum Doula, womb practitioner, and holistic healer devoted to supporting women through every sacred stage of their journey. Through fertility, birth work, postpartum care, and spiritual healing practices, I am continuously finding ways to create spaces where women feel seen, supported, and deeply cared for 🩵
