This is a 75-minute full-body vinyasa flow class. Practice begins with grounding exercises to help connect you to your breath and bring you to the present moment. Afterward, we will flow through gentle warm-ups and sun salutations to activate the core and open the spine.
Once warmed up, we will dive into our asana practice, progressing through a series of standing postures, balance poses, and gentle inversions. The class will conclude with a 5-minute guided relaxation in savasana, designed to leave you feeling peaceful and stress-free.
