Just WOW! I love this photo!

Color of Cold. Bristol ME. It was shortly before dawn at Pemaquid Point Light and the horizon turned orange/gold. Just the horizon, though. Everything else was tinted by a sky in the last gasp of night. The lighthouse and surrounding fence took on a soft blue hue; It's the color of cold. And there in the window, was the promise of coming warmth. I stood staring at the angles, the different textures - the weathered wood, the stone and cement - and loved what I saw. Just a small piece of a grander landscape that may often go unnoticed. But not today. Today I noticed the splash of warmth in the color of cold.
