We’re looking for a Memory Care Program Director (RN, LPN) to lead our Dementia Care program and support residents living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

This is a meaningful leadership role for someone who is compassionate, collaborative, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults.

In this role, you will:
• Oversee day-to-day memory care operations
• Ensure high-quality, compliant dementia care
• Partner with clinical teams to support resident wellbeing
• Lead and support a dedicated team of Resident Assistants
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and care partners
• Help create engaging daily programs for residents

We had a fantastic turnout of professional partners from across the South Shore who joined us at Pickles: Indoor Pickleball Club recently for an afternoon of connection and some friendly competition!

It was wonderful to see so many members of our professional network come together outside the office to build relationships and have some fun.
