I am happy to share that after 6 years, today I successfully defended my dissertation. It is a bit of a surreal feeling....

I am happy to share that after 6 years, today I successfully defended my dissertation. It is a bit of a surreal feeling. And I have not quite taken a moment to fully reflect on this journey. But for now I just want to thank my incredible wife, , for dealing with 3am wake-ups, weekends at track, and early Sunday mornings writing in the office. This really has been our journey. From 5am skinfold caliper tests to me picking your brain on periodization models, I am not sure who is more relieved we are done. Thank you to my mother, . Work ethic, determination, and multiple jobs runs in the family. Thank you to those who supported me along this journey. And a special thanks to those who participated in this study. This quite literally would not have been possible with out your participation.

2. finished 4th in the Shot put D1 final
3. Girls 4x1 finished 3rd in the D1 final (seeded 9th)
4. Girls 4x1 finished 3rd in the federation final (ranked 15th coming in)
5. finished 2nd in the shot put federation final
6. .dami finished 2nd in the 100 HH federation final
7. .dami is your 100 HH NYS D1 Champion

Extremely proud of for this amazing transformation. And for keeping her cool during parent teacher conferences, the last 12 hours of a water cut. 😁

Weight loss: 29.2lbs
Body fat loss: 10.1%
Lean body mass loss: .7lbs (this is basically saying of the 29.2lbs lost, only .7 was muscle, water, etc. She lost approximately 28.5lbs of fat mass)
